See True Partners is representing a fast-growing Italian technology scale-up operating at the intersection of AI and consumer lifestyle. This strategic HR role focuses on designing and implementing Talent Development and Learning initiatives to accelerate growth.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will build scalable processes around performance management, competency frameworks and career development, enabling organizational growth and a strong people culture.

Competenze

• Experience in HR business partnering, talent management or L&D.
• Experience in structured/complex orgs (consulting, multinational, or corporate).
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience in performance management and organizational development.
• Ability to build new processes in a scaling business.
