Hager Group is seeking a Talent Management Partner for Italy (Milan). You will lead performance and development initiatives across Italy, Spain, and Portugal, partnering with HR Business Partners and leaders to build a high-performing organization.

Based in Milan on a permanent contract, you will drive talent pools, develop training actions, and utilize data insights to shape organizational development across zones and functions.

Competenze

• 5+ years in Talent Management or HR operations in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Fluent in English and Italian with strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Proven ability to partner with HR Business Partners and leaders to drive performance and development.
