Jobtailor Milano is seeking a recruiter leader to drive end-to-end recruitment strategy across Italy, partnering with P&O managers and hiring teams to forecast hiring needs and implement governance. You will shape the Talent Acquisition program and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Responsibilities include coordinating with external agencies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and leveraging metrics to improve time-to-fill and quality-of-hire, while supporting

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• 5 years’ experience in the role within an international context.
• Proficiency in Italian.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.

• Lead and execute Bolton’s end-to-end recruitment strategy.
• Contribute to the definition of the Talent Acquisition strategy and governance for Italy.
• Partner with P&O Managers and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide strategic guidance.
• Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience across all touchpoints.
• Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Leverage data and recruitment metrics to improve hiring effectiveness, time-to-fill, and quality-of-hire.
• Support employer branding initiatives with the Group Organizational Development, Talent & Learning COE.
• Report directly to the P&O Director International & Global Functions.
