Bolton in Milan is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager Italy to lead end-to-end recruitment strategy and partner with the People & Organization team to attract top talent that aligns with our business values.

The role reports to the P&O Director International & Global Functions, has no direct reports, and supports flexible smart working policies with salary from €55,000.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field.
• 5 years' experience in recruitment, international context.
• Proficient in Italian and fluent in English (written and spoken).

Mansioni

• Define and execute Italy talent acquisition strategy with P&O teams.
• Partner with P&O managers to understand hiring needs and guide decisions.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience across touchpoints.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and policies.
• Use recruitment metrics to improve time-to-fill and quality of hire.
• Support employer branding initiatives with the COE.

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager Italy to join our People & Organization team based in Milan.

How you make the difference

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading and executing Bolton’s end-to-end recruitment strategy, ensuring the attraction, selection, and hiring of high-quality talent aligned with business values and goals.

How Your Agenda Looks Like

• Contribute to the definition of the Talent Acquisition strategy and governance for Italy, in close partnership with the P&O teams;
• Partner closely with P&O Managers and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide strategic guidance;
• Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience across all touchpoints;
• Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors;
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies;
• Leverage data and recruitment metrics to improve hiring effectiveness, time-to-fill, and quality-of-hire;
• Support the Group Organizational Development, Talent & Learning COE for employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice in the market.

Your Team

You’ll directly report to our P&O Director International & Global Functions.

The role doesn’t include direct reports.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field;
• Work Experience: 5 years' experience in the role within an international context;
• Local language: Proficiency in Italian and fluent in both written and spoken English.
