Job summary

Bosch Italy offers a 6-month full-time internship in the Talent Acquisition team based in Milan. You will support the recruitment process from posting to interview scheduling and participate in employer branding activities with universities and partners.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Humanities, Economics or related fields. English (B2) and Italian (C1) are required, plus strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Humanities, Economics or related field
• Master’s degree in HR is a plus
• Excellent command of English (B2) and Italian (C1)
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Support Talent Acquisition through recruitment stages: posting, screening, scheduling interviews.
• Contribute to Employer Branding events and partnerships with universities.
• Collaborate with HR and business functions to provide HR materials and reports.
• Assist day-to-day HR activities and ensure deadlines.
• Develop recruiting and employer branding skills in a dynamic, international team.
