Robert Bosch Group in Milan offers a 6-month full-time internship in Talent Acquisition. You will join the HR team and support recruitment activities, from job postings to candidate screening and interview scheduling, while gaining exposure to employer branding initiatives.

The role provides collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners, focusing on developing recruiting and employer branding skills in an international, dynamic environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Humanities, Economics or related field.
• English at least B2 and Italian at least C1.
• Strong MS Office skills including Excel and PowerPoint.

Mansioni

• Support Talent Acquisition through the recruitment process from posting to screening and scheduling interviews.
• Contribute to Employer Branding initiatives such as Career Days and university partnerships.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders and service providers across business functions.
• Assist with day-to-day HR activities and preparation of materials, reports and presentations.
• Grow recruiting, talent acquisition and employer branding capabilities in a dynamic, international environment.
