Bosch Italy is looking for a motivated intern to join the Talent Acquisition team in Milan for a six‑month full‑time internship. You will support the recruitment lifecycle from posting to screening and interview scheduling, while contributing to employer branding activities and university partnerships.

You will work closely with HR and other business functions, gaining hands‑on experience in hiring processes, materials preparation and stakeholder collaboration in a diverse, international setting.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Humanities, Economics or a related field.

Mansioni

• Support the Talent Acquisition team throughout stages of the recruitment process, from job posting to candidate screening, interview scheduling and participation.
• Contribute to Employer Branding initiatives, Career Days and university collaborations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and HR service providers across business functions.
• Assist in day-to-day HR activities and help prepare materials, reports and presentations.
• Gain exposure to Recruiting, Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding in a dynamic, international environment.
