Bosch Group is offering an HR Internship in Administration, Training & Organization. You will join the HR team and gain hands-on experience across onboarding, offboarding, training logistics, and HR projects as part of a dynamic environment in Italy.

Must be a recent graduate or student in HR, Economics, or Management Engineering with strong Microsoft Office skills, English (B2) and fluent Italian. Familiarity with SAP or HR systems is a plus; this is a full-time on-site internship in Lombardy.

• Recent graduate or graduating student in Human Resources, Economics, or Management Engineering.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with SAP or HR systems is a plus.
• Good knowledge of English (B2 level or higher) and fluent Italian.

What will you take care of?

As an HR Intern, you will join the Bosch Rexroth HR team and gain hands‑on experience across the entire employee lifecycle, actively supporting HR Administration, Training & Development, and Organizational / HR Business Partnering activities.

• HR Administration:
• Support core administrative processes across onboarding and offboarding.
• Assist in managing relationships with Universities and agencies for internship activations and documentation.
• Provide operational support for SAP ticketing, payroll input data, and employees' daily administrative requests.
• Training & Development:
• Support the planning, scheduling, and logistics of technical and corporate training programs.
• Monitor course attendance, collect training feedback, and assist in performance management cycles.
• Organization & HR Projects:
• Support internal HR communications, organizational tasks, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Prepare recurring HR reports and data analysis using Microsoft Excel.
• Work closely with a dynamic HR team and internal department managers in an HR Business Partnering model.
• Contribute ideas to optimize internal workflows and digitalize HR tools

What distinguishes you?

• Education: Recent graduate or graduating student in Human Resources, Economics, or Management Engineering.
• Technical Skills: proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (data analysis, formulas, reporting) and PowerPoint; familiarity with SAP or HR systems is a plus.
• Languages: Good knowledge of English (B2 level or higher); fluent Italian.
• Soft Skills: High attention to detail, proactive mindset (\"hands‑on\" approach), strong organization, discretion, and natural interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
