Kanadevia Inova in Milano, Lombardy, seeks a System Procurement Manager for engineering projects. This full-time role leads purchasing for complex EPC projects, coordinating with engineering and suppliers to secure best solutions and favorable contracts.

You bring 5+ years in EPC/energy procurement, experience with complex systems, and English fluency; Italian is a plus. The company offers excellent conditions, central location with easy transport, and growth through Inova Academy.

• 5+ years of procurement experience in EPC, energy, manufacturing, or oil & gas environments.
• Experience procuring complex systems and components for large projects.
• Experience managing EPC project procurement and supplier contracts.

• Manages and directs the purchasing of all goods and services for a project.
• Identifies potential suppliers globally and negotiates favorable agreements.
• Supports suppliers during contract execution to meet expectations.
• Coordinates with engineering and suppliers to bring in the best solutions.
• Negotiates price and schedule while minimizing project risk.

Responsibilities

• Manages and directs the purchasing of all the goods and services the company needs for a particular project
• Contributes to identify potential new suppliers globally, negotiating favorable supplier agreements and managing supplier and vendor contracts
• Supports suppliers during contract execution to perform according to KVI's expectations
• Closely coordinates with engineering and suppliers to bring in best solution
• Negotiates with suppliers the best price and schedule, while minimizing the risk for the projects

Qualifications

• More than 5 years’ experience in EPC, energy, manufacturing, o&g environment
• Procurement experience with suppliers for complex system and components
• Experience in project management for EPC projects
• Experience working with IFS or similar
• Good knowledge of English, Italian and other languages are an advantage
• Responsible challenge with diversified field of activity

Compensation

• Basic wage component (gross): 53000 euros per year
• This amount is our minimal offered salary. Compensation is determined based on your level, skills, experience and qualifications.
