Kanadevia Inova, based in Milan, Italy, is seeking a seasoned procurement leader to drive strategic sourcing, international collaborations, and category management across our global operations. You will steer demand management initiatives and lead negotiations to maximize value from supplier relationships.

You will oversee performance reporting and shape processes and tools that enable continuous improvement in procurement and supply chain functions.

Competenze

• 10+ years of experience in sourcing or strategic procurement.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Fluent English; other languages optional.
• Category management, supplier and contract management.
• Player-coach leadership style with strategic thinking and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in sourcing or strategic procurement, team leadership, international experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Engineering or similar
• Fluent English, other languages will be considered as a plus
• Category management methodologies, supplier and contract management
• Player-coach leadership style with strategic thinking combined with strong analytical and negotiation skills

Compensation

Basic wage component (gross): 70000 euros per year
