Job summary

Kanadevia Inova in Bolzano (Italy) is seeking a Site Manager for an EPC Renewable Gas project. You will supervise anaerobic digestion plant construction, coordinate subcontractors, ensure safety, and manage materials and documentation on site.

The role requires 5+ years as a Site Manager, a mechanical/electrical diploma, and knowledge of Italian regulations. This full-time on-site position offers an international team and growth via Inova Academy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Site Manager for construction projects.
• Mechanical /Electrical Diploma or equivalent.
• Experienced in coordinating contracts and subcontractors.
• Experienced in site-technical office role overseeing the completion of mechanical (BOP) and electrical activities.
• Knowledge of Italian construction and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the construction of anaerobic digestion plants across civil, mechanical, and electrical/instrumentation phases, ensuring client specifications, KVI technical requirements and deliverables, monitoring construction project progress, and controlling subcontractor costs.
• Coordinate and supervise site personnel and subcontractors, planning and overseeing installation activities to ensure proper execution and adherence to project schedules.
• Verify the compliance of materials delivered to site, as well as their proper storage and preservation, collecting delivery documentation, and coordinating with the logistics department.
• Ensure site safety, acting as the responsible person on site and reporting safety performance (by KVI tools) and issues to management.
• Proactively collaborate with PEMs and technical specialists to finalize site technical aspects.
• Collaborate with the project team and technical departments, coordinating site quality control processes and providing regular construction discipline progress reports

Compensation

Basic wage component (gross):50000 EUR/year
