Kanadevia Inova is seeking a Project Lead Engineer Civil for Renewable Gas projects across Europe and Italy. The role focuses on leading civil scope within EPC civil works or consortium schemes, managing design concepts and subcontractor contracts.

The position requires a civil/structural engineering background with 5+ years’ experience in large-scale industrial projects, strong knowledge of European codes, and fluency in English and Italian.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering; 5+ years’ EPC/consortium project design experience.
• Solid knowledge of European codes and standards in civil design and construction.
• Proficient in structural design software and 3D modelling tools (Revit, Navis).
• Strong project management, communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English and Italian.

• Lead civil engineering for RG projects in Europe and Italy within EPC/civil consortium setups.

Leading the civil engineering scope for KVI’s renewable gas (RG) projects executed in Europe and / or Italy within an EPC civil works package or a consortium scheme in close cooperation with the customer and KVI project management:

• Taking ownership as Lead Engineer Civil involved during tender stage, civil procurement phase and civil execution stage for the subcontracted design package towards a civil consortium partner
• Ensuring the development of civil design concepts and the preparation of civil input design for civil, structural and architectural design consultants
• Participating in the preparation of subcontractor’s contractual, technical and commercial conditions of subcontracts and providing support during negotiation of contracts with subcontractors
• Reporting to KVI project management and operations to facilitate civil engineering construction progress and support claim management
• Willing to travel up to 10% of your time
• Civil or Structural engineer with 5+ years’ work experience as Design Engineer within EPC or consortium type projects, in large-scale industrial projects located in Europe and Italy
• Solid knowledge of European codes and standards within the civil design & construction industry
• Solid knowledge in structural design software and 3D modelling applications (Autodesk Revit, Navis and alike)
• Strong project management, communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English and Italian language

Compensation

• Basic wage component (gross): 59000 euros per year
• This amount is our minimal offered salary. Compensation is determined based on your level, skills, experience and qualifications.
