Kanadevia Inova is seeking a seasoned Commercial Manager to oversee contract and commercial matters across EPC and turnkey industrial projects. You will support negotiations, procurement, and administration, ensuring compliance and proactive risk handling.

You will coordinate documentation, liaise with suppliers and internal teams, and draft contractual documentation in Italian and English. The role offers an international, learning-focused environment with central location and good transport

Competenze

• University degree in Engineering, Law or a related field, with knowledge of Italian contract law.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in contract and commercial management within EPC and turnkey industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of standard contract forms (FIDIC, IChemE), subcontracting and service agreements.
• Ability to draft contractual documentation in Italian and English, with fluent Italian and English.

Job Description

• Manage commercial and contractual matters throughout the project lifecycle, including EPC, consortium, subcontract and supplier agreements.
• Support contract negotiations, procurement activities and contract administration, ensuring compliance and effective change management.
• Identify, assess and manage commercial risks, claims and contractual disputes, developing strategies to protect the company's interests.
• Coordinate contractual correspondence, project documentation, reporting, guarantees, insurance and payment-related activities.
• Advise project teams and stakeholders on commercial and contractual matters, supporting successful project execution and close-out.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering, Law or a related field, with knowledge of Italian contract law.
• Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in contract and commercial management within EPC and turnkey industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of standard contract forms (e.g. FIDIC, IChemE), subcontracting and service agreements.
• Solid negotiation, claims management and commercial risk assessment skills, with the ability to draft contractual documentation in Italian and English.
• Fluent in Italian and English, with a proactive, solution-oriented and independent working approach.

Compensation

Basic wage component (gross): 62000 EUR/year

This amount is our minimal offered salary. Compensation is determined based on your level, skills, experience and qualifications.
