Saipem is seeking a Sustainable Infrastructure Procurement Manager in Milan to lead the procurement function for complex onshore and offshore infra projects. You will oversee tendering, staffing, and supplier qualification while driving continuous improvement across the procurement organization.

Purpose of the position: As Procurement Manager for Sustainable Infrastructure Business Line (Corporate), you will respond to the Sustainable Infrastructure Supply Chain Business Partner and be part of the Supply Chain Function and lead a team of people.

What are we looking for?
Education: Master's Degree/bachelor’s degree in: Engineering (preferably Civil Engineering) or Economics.
Experience: a minimum of 5 years' experience as Procurement Manager and extensive procurement experience in major infrastructure projects, preferably railway and metro initiatives in Italy.
Languages: good proficiency in both written and spoken English.
Technical/IT Skills: proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with industry-standard procurement and enterprise management platforms (e.g., SAP, SAP Ariba Sourcing, Synergo, JAGGAER, etc.).
What else should you know? The role will be based in Milan and you will have the opportunity to travel occasionally to project sites, both in Italy and abroad.
