Job summary

Rotork is seeking a Supply Chain Engineer - Supplier for a 9-month fixed-term contract at our Porcari, Lucca site. You will oversee upstream supply chain, delivering optimal material and information flow from suppliers to point of use while owning supplier on-time delivery and driving improvements.

Responsibilities include material parameterization, supplier master data maintenance, inventory right-sizing, and performance measurement.

Qualifications

• Degree level or equivalent workplace qualification.
• 2–5 years in Supply Chain Engineering or related field.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and lean methods.
• Proactive ownership with accountability and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee upstream supply chain to ensure on-time delivery and optimal material flow.
• Parameterize raw material and SKU data aligned with business needs.
• Maintain supplier master data and escalate changes in the ERP.
• Right-size inventory using Lean techniques and measure supply base performance.
• Lead improvement projects with suppliers to reduce disruptions and costs.
