Job summary

Rotork is seeking a Supply Chain Engineer for a 9-month FTC at the Porcari (Lucca) site. You will oversee the upstream supply chain, drive on-time delivery, and optimize material flow from suppliers to use, owning inventory and process improvements.

Strong Power BI skills and fluency in Italian and English are essential. Responsibilities include SKU parameterization, supplier data stewardship, ERP master data, and leading lean-based improvements across the supplier base to minimize disruption

Qualifications

Degree level or higher or equivalent workplace experience.
2–5 years of experience in Supply Chain Engineering, Analytics, Data Analytics or related field.
Proven understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes (planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, inventory).
Strong Power BI proficiency for visualization and reporting.
Lean methodologies and process optimization knowledge.

Responsibilities

Oversee upstream supply chain to deliver customer service and operational excellence.
Parameterize raw material and purchase part SKUs to align with business needs.
Manage supplier master data and communicate changes in supplier agreements.
Monitor inventory sizing and ensure material availability across transport.
Measure and report supplier performance: on-time delivery, lead time and order quantity.
Escalate shortages and drive expediting resolutions.
Lead upstream supply chain improvement projects with supplier countermeasures.
Manage product portfolio, lifecycle and NPI with suppliers to minimize disruption.
