Job summary

Rotork in Porcari (Lucca) is seeking an experienced Order and Contract Manager for a 9-month contract based at our facility. You will manage complex orders from initiation to delivery, ensuring customer requirements are met, reporting to Inside Sales and Contracts Manager, and coordinating with operations and engineering teams.

You will lead a team of Inside Sales and Contract Engineers, delegate tasks, handle escalations, and ensure forecasted delivery dates are accurate.

Qualifications

• Must have engineering or technical background with exposure to order/contract management.
• Experience handling complex customer orders and coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings and specifications.
• Experience in manufacturing/engineering environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage intricate orders from initiation to final delivery, ensuring all customer requirements are met.
• Coordinate with operations and engineering teams to provide timely order updates.
• Lead a team of Inside Sales and Contract Engineers, delegating tasks and addressing escalations.
• Ensure forecasted delivery dates are accurate across the team and communicate with customers and internal departments.
• Maintain a proactive, customer-focused approach in high-pressure environments.
