Job summary

Richemont is seeking a stylist to warmly welcome guests and act as a trusted advisor within the Chloé Maison. The role focuses on developing relationships, CRM-driven outreach, and delivering exceptional client service across the luxury retail environment.

Fluency in Italian and English is required, with additional language skills considered a plus. The position features a commission scheme and a salary range aligned with the Italian retail market.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of previous experience in retail sales and operations.
• Fluent in Italian and English; third language is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes clients and builds long-term relationships.
• Aims to reach CRM targets and participate in outreach campaigns.
• Implements personalized campaigns and uses tools to complete CRM tasks on time.
• Delivers excellent customer service and contributes to individual business performance.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

• Ensures every client is welcome and well taken care of, taking pride in developing long-term relationships
• Is aware of CRM targets and actively engages in all actions to reach them
• Implements personalized reach-out campaigns and utilizes all tools available to complete CRM tasks within given timeframe
• Offers excellent customer service and improve individual business performance

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

• 1/2 years of previous experience in retail sales and operations
• Fluent in Italian and English. Any third language is considered a plus
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
