Richemont Italia S.p.A. in Milano invites applications for a Retail Stylist within the Chloé Maison. You welcome guests, advise on products, and help develop lasting relationships while delivering exemplary service.

You will support CRM‑driven campaigns, assist in reaching targets, and contribute to personal business performance through precise, friendly interactions in Italian and English. A third language is a plus; strong communication and attention to detail are essential.

Competenze

• 1/2 years of previous experience in retail sales and operations.
• Fluent in Italian and English; third language is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks.

Ensures every client is welcome and well taken care of, taking pride in developing long‑term relationships Is aware of CRM targets and actively engages in all actions to reach them Implements personalized reach‑out campaigns and utilizes all tools available to complete CRM tasks within given timeframe Offers excellent customer service and improve individual business performance

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

1/2 years of previous experience in retail sales and operations Fluent in Italian and English. Any third language is considered a plus Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
