Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant engineering or IT field.
• Professional certification in data centers, ITSM or PM is desirable.
• 5–7 years in data center operations or technical service management.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned customers.
• Develop understanding of customer infrastructure, priorities, and growth plans.
• Establish governance meetings and communicate performance, risks and activities.
• Build relationships with customer stakeholders.
• Monitor service availability, capacity, incidents, SLA performance.
• Lead service and technical performance reviews.
• Identify trends, failures and risks; coordinate preventive actions.
• Track actions with owners and deadlines.
• Support root-cause analysis and communicate findings.
• Translate requirements into actions for Ops, Eng, Projects, Security, IT and vendors.
• Represent customer priorities in internal planning.
• Coordinate communication during major incidents and escalations.
• Provide updates throughout incident lifecycle.
• Monitor financial performance vs budgets and report variances.
• Provide inputs and implement policies for the team.
