Job summary

Vaultica Data Centers is seeking a Sales Engineer (Technical Sales) to translate customer requirements into innovative data center solutions. You will bridge Sales, Engineering, and Operations to design technically deliverable, commercially competitive offerings.

You will lead technical discovery, deliver compelling presentations, and conduct data center tours for prospective clients, shaping proposals and ensuring alignment across teams.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of colocation services, power infrastructure, cooling systems, and connectivity solutions.
• Proven experience in Sales Engineering, Technical Pre-Sales, or Solution Engineering.
• Strong technical background in data centers, critical infrastructure, or related engineering disciplines.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers throughout the sales cycle.
• Lead technical discovery sessions, customer presentations, and solution discussions.
• Conduct data center tours and technical walkthroughs for prospective customers.
• Translate complex technical infrastructure into clear business value propositions.
• Design and propose tailored solutions covering colocation, power, cooling, and connectivity.
• Ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible, commercially competitive, and deliverable.
• Support deal structuring, pricing discussions, and solution packaging to optimize profitability.
• Lead the technical preparation of RFI/RFP responses, tenders, and customer proposals.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Legal to ensure alignment.
