Qualifications

• Experience in service management and contract management in B2B environments.
• Strong customer relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Financial and commercial awareness to monitor profitability.

Responsabilités

• Act as primary customer, contractual and business contact for assigned customers.
• Build and maintain relationships at operational and management levels.
• Lead customer review meetings and report performance to stakeholders.
• Own the performance of service contracts and ensure SLA compliance.
• Coordinate service providers and ensure contract governance.
