Job summary

DNV Industrial Services Italy is seeking an Operations Manager to lead delivery, drive client engagement, and strengthen the Italian market across energy transition, EPC fabrication, infrastructure, and industrial services. You will coordinate inspectors and resources, ensure high-quality execution, and foster a strong team culture while supporting sustainable growth in Italy.

Qualifications

8–12+ years of experience in inspection, engineering services, or energy/industrial sectors.
Strong experience in operations coordination, client engagement, and service delivery.
Experience working with EPC contractors, fabrication yards, or industrial clients.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to manage multicultural teams.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate operational delivery across Italy and nearby markets.
Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality project delivery aligned with DNV standards.
Coordinate inspectors, resources, and project activities across assignments.
Monitor delivery performance, client feedback, and operational risks.
Support development of team capability through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
