This role requires 8–10 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment, strong labor law knowledge, and expertise in collaborating with Workers Council. Candidates should be fluent in English and possess strong analytical and interpersonal skills. The position offers a salary range of €50,000–€55,000 with additional bonuses, emphasizing a collaborative environment and personal development opportunities.

Competenze

• 8–10 years of experience in HR (HR Specialist / HRBP) preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of labor law and compliance with Workers Council.
• Experience with Talent, Performance, and HRIT teams.
