Key responsibilities include managing HR processes, overseeing recruitment, and ensuring adherence to labor regulations. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Economics, or Law and at least 3 years of experience in HR roles.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Economics, or Law.
• At least 3 years of experience in HR Generalist/HRBP roles.
• Experience in industrial/manufacturing environments preferred.
