Beko Europe is seeking an HR Manager based in Comunanza, AP, Italy, to act as HR referent for manufacturing employees. You will drive core HR processes, engage with local unions, and support both People Management and organizational design in a dynamic, international environment.

Competenze

Master's degree in Economics, Law, Organizational Psychology, or HR Management.
3+ years of experience as HR Business Partner/Manager in a plant (industrial setting).
Strong knowledge of local labor law and union relations.
Proficient with MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint) and data analysis.

Mansioni

Assist in implementing main HR processes and the People Agenda.
Lead day-to-day operations within HR functions.
Collaborate with HR Italy Market Team, Central HR Coe and HR Operations.
Advise business line managers on Performance, Compensation, and Engagement processes.
Communicate effectively with employees on HR topics and organizational changes.
Drive streams like Internal Communication, Recruitment, and Engagement projects.
