ARaymond is seeking an HR Business Partner to support plant operations in Italy, aligning HR policies with operational needs. The role combines business partner responsibilities with hands-on HR activities in a manufacturing environment.

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will handle recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll compliance, and the employee lifecycle across sites. Strong Italian, good English, and a Bachelor's in HR/Economics/Law are required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, economics, or law.
• At least 3 years of experience in HR Generalist/HRBP roles.
• Experience in industrial/manufacturing environments preferred.
• Knowledge of labor law regulations.

Mansioni

• Support managers in daily management of their teams and HR-related decision-making processes.
• Coordinate personnel administrative processes (contracts, communications, attendance, payroll) with external consultants.
• Oversee recruitment and selection activities (interviews, relationships with agencies, related tasks).
• Contribute to workforce planning, training budgets and career development.
• Monitor HR data, KPIs, and ensure regulatory compliance and internal procedures.
