Cap Ingelec is seeking a Planning Engineer to optimize project timelines and coordinate subcontractors on site in Milan. You will proactively identify scheduling risks and opportunities across major industrial building projects as a General Contractor.

The role emphasizes on-site planning, cross-functional collaboration with design and construction teams, and frequent travel across Italy to ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence.

Competenze

• Engineering background in the construction industry with proven experience in planning, scheduling and coordination.
• Proficient in MS Project and Primavera P6.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Based mainly on site with frequent travel across Italy.

Mansioni

• Develop detailed project execution plans and schedules.
• Manage planning of complex, interconnected projects with resource allocation and cost optimization.
• Monitor progress and adjust schedules to meet time and budget targets.
• Challenge construction methodologies and solutions to improve project performance.
• Collaborate with Design and Construction teams to optimize delivery schedules and cost.
• Anticipate issues and adjust schedules to preserve the initial timeline.
• Prepare schedule reports and communicate progress to client and stakeholders.
