Dolce&Gabbana in Milan is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage payroll and related administrative activities for our Italian workforce, ensuring accuracy and compliance with current regulations.

You will handle master data, attendance, payslips, tax forms and liaise with INPS/INAIL and external providers. This role requires English proficiency and offers a permanent, full-time contract at Milan onsite.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics, or a Master's in HR Management or Labor Law.
• Minimum 4 years of payroll management experience.
• Payroll consulting experience is preferred.
• Fluency in English required; knowledge of a third language is a plus.
• Knowledge of Zucchetti and SAP SuccessFactors is advantageous.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Confidentiality, accuracy and speed in daily activities.
• Predisposition for quantitative data and problem solving.

Mansioni

• Manage employee master data and documentation for hiring, changes and termination for the Italian scope.
• Coordinate attendance, absences, overtime and holiday plans; process payslips and reconcile data.
• Prepare communications to INPS, INAIL and other authorities; coordinate with external firms.
• Collaborate with HR on hires, variations, deadlines and terminations.
• Oversee payslip-related labor law activities (deductions, contracts, pension funds, etc.).
• Administer payroll taxation and accounting tasks (Single Labor Book, F24, Uniemens, CUD, 770, travel expenses, reimbursements, health insurance).
