IQVIA based in Milan is seeking a Payroll Specialist to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for one of the group entities acting as staffing agency. You will collaborate with external payroll provider and serve as a main contact for employees and internal stakeholders.

The role focuses on collecting payroll data, processing monthly variables, reviewing payslips, and staying updated on payroll regulations and CCNL. A strong Excel skill set and bilingual Italian/English are essential.

Competenze

• Bsc or Master’s degree in related field.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• 2–3 years of payroll experience in staffing or related field.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Italian and English fluency.
• Knowledge of Zucchetti Payroll software is a plus.
• Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks.
• Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.

Mansioni

• Ensure timely and accurate collection and input of payroll data for external provider.
• Manage monthly payroll variables (absences, overtime, bonuses, benefits).
• Review and validate payslips for deadlines and standards.
• Stay updated on payroll regulations and CCNL.
• Act as point of contact for employees and external partners on payroll queries.
• Identify opportunities to streamline payroll processes.
• Provide cross-functional support on insurance and protected categories (L.68/99).
• Support policy changes within own area.
