Brown-Forman in Italy is seeking an Off-Trade National Key Account Manager to lead sales with premium spirits customers in Padova. You will negotiate local agreements, promotional plans, and assortments, ensuring flawless execution of national plans at the local level.

You will report to the OFF Trade National Key Account Manager and collaborate with the team to deliver strategic plans, drive sales growth, and maintain strong customer relationships in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 3 years of FMCG sales experience as a Key Account Manager in OFF Trade.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of delivering sales growth in a similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with customers.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sell-in and sell-out for assigned customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships as the face of Brown-Forman.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities.
• Regularly review performance with the OFF Trade National Key Account Manager to maximize results.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and analyses.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and regulations.
