Job summary

Brown-Forman Italy is seeking an Off Trade Key Account Manager based in Padova. The role leads negotiations, builds strong customer relationships, and drives execution of national plans in the Off Trade channel.

You will report to the Off Trade National Key Account Manager and collaborate with the team to ensure perfect execution of strategies. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in FMCG sales as a KAM in Off Trade, a relevant bachelor's degree, and a proven track record of growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in FMCG as a Key Account Manager in OFF Trade.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of delivering sales growth in a similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with customers.
• Prior experience in the spirits industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sell-in and sell-out for assigned customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and serve as the face of Brown-Forman.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats.
• Perform regular performance reviews and collaborate to maximize results.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with policies and regulations.
