Job summary

Fulbright Medical is seeking an experienced Sales Representative in Rome, Italy to drive the growth of our surgical consumables segment. The ideal candidate will execute the annual sales plan, analyze market opportunities, and maintain relationships with key hospitals and surgeons.

A minimum of 3-5 years in medical device sales is required, along with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Fluency in Italian is mandatory, while knowledge of Chinese or English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the medical device industry.
• Proven experience with Surgical Staplers, Laparoscopic instruments, or Bariatric Surgery consumables.
• Fluent in Italian; proficiency in Chinese/English is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual sales plan to achieve targets.
• Analyze market potential and identify new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and KOLs.
