Zusammenfassung

Fulbright Medical is seeking an experienced Sales Representative in Rome, Italy to drive the growth of our surgical consumables segment. The ideal candidate will execute the annual sales plan, analyze market opportunities, and maintain relationships with key hospitals and surgeons.

A minimum of 3-5 years in medical device sales is required, along with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Fluency in Italian is mandatory, while knowledge of Chinese or English is a plus.

• Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and execute the annual sales plan to achieve sales targets and market share growth in the surgical consumables segment.
• Market Development & Portfolio Management: Deeply analyze market potential, identify new business opportunities, and optimize the product portfolio, focusing on Surgical Staplers and Bariatric Surgery consumables.
• Key Account & KOL Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with local key accounts (major public/private hospitals in Santiago) and key opinion leaders (KOLs / Bariatric and General Surgeons).
• Compliance & Competitor Intelligence: Ensure all commercial activities comply with local laws and corporate policies. Continuously monitor market dynamics and competitors, and provide strategic feedback to headquarters.

Job Qualifications

• Industry Background: Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the medical device industry, with proven experience in Surgical Staplers, Laparoscopic instruments, or Bariatric Surgery consumable.
• Education & Language: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Medicine, Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Fluent in Italian (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in Chinese/English is a strong asset.
