WeWork in Milan seeks a Leasing Manager to drive sales and revenue growth for a cluster of office spaces. You will lead leasing transactions for 5–29 person spaces, collaborating with Leasing Directors on larger deals and guiding tours with tailored workspace solutions.

Strong commercial acumen and local market expertise are essential, along with fluency in Italian and business English. You will work with internal teams to ensure a seamless member experience and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in a client-facing role.
• Fluency in Italian and business English.
• Demonstrated interest in commercial property and workspace sectors.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with influence.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and results-driven.
• Experience with CRM systems and data-informed decision-making.
• Familiarity with the Milan market.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for 5-29p office spaces—from qualification to closing.
• Partner with Leasing Directors on 30+ seat opportunities and support the sales cycle.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline using data-driven insights.
• Structure deals to optimise revenue while aligning with WeWork objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless member experience.
