Job summary

WeWork Milano is seeking a proactive Community Associate to be the face of our building. You will report to the Community Management team and welcome members, guests, and visitors while ensuring the space runs smoothly and events are executed with energy and hospitality.

You will build relationships across diverse members, support enterprise locations when needed, and promote WeWork services. The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and a genuine passion for entrepreneurial

Qualifications

• College graduate with a four-year degree preferred, but not required.
• 1+ years of hospitality experience.
• Customer service and/or sales experience a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal and multitasking skills.
• Passion for entrepreneurial communities and WeWork's mission.

Responsibilities

• Build a welcoming, collaborative community environment amongst our members and guests.
• Ensure building operations and processes run efficiently.
• Drive growth and promotion of WeWork-provided service offerings.
• Support the Community Lead and Community Manager as needed.
• Cover the front desk during business hours and be an on-site point of contact.
