WeWork Italy S.R.L. is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead sales and leasing transactions for 5–29 person office spaces across a cluster of WeWork buildings.

You will own the full sales cycle, from qualifying and touring to negotiating and closing deals, while partnering with Leasing Directors on larger opportunities and building a robust pipeline with data-driven insights. You will become the local market expert, understand pricing dynamics, nearby competitors, and client needs, leveraging

Competenze

• 2–5 years of experience in a client facing role.
• Fluency in Italian and business English.
• Interest in commercial property and workspace sectors.
• Experience with CRM systems and data-driven decision making.
• Knowledge of Milan market preferred.
