P3 Logistic Parks is seeking a Senior Property Manager to join our Italian team in Milan, overseeing financial, technical and administrative performance of a portfolio. You will manage leases, budgets, and maintenance across mixed-use properties, while driving value and delivering high service standards.

Ideal candidates have 7–10 years in real estate, strong stakeholder skills, and fluency in Italian and English, with a willingness to travel within the portfolio. Hybrid working model offered.

• Full ownership of financial, technical, and administrative performance of properties.
• Autonomous and data-driven with ability to translate data into insights.

• Own financial, technical, and administrative performance of properties.

• Prepare monthly financial reporting: arrears, expenses, service charges.
