Job summary

JLL is seeking a dynamic leader to head Leasing Advisory in Italy, based in Milan. You will own growth, performance, and strategic direction for landlord and tenant representation, leading a national team and driving market share across the region.

You will manage full P&L and budgets, mentor a high-performing leasing team, and oversee all leasing and tenant representation activities from acquisition to closing for a prestigious portfolio of clients.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a national leasing advisory team.
• Proven ability to develop acquisition strategies and grow market share.
• Strong network in Italian real estate market.
• Experience with tenant and landlord representation.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of the Leasing Advisory business line across Italy to drive growth and targets.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing leasing team across Italy.
• Oversee leasing activities from initial letting to closing for properties.
• Oversee Tenant Representation mandates for international clients.
• Represent the Italian Leasing Advisory team in internal management meetings.
