Bitrock is seeking an experienced project delivery manager to govern project execution, ensuring turnover and margins targets are met for assigned customers, while fostering a strong team environment.

You will manage client relationships, coordinate new proposals with the Sales Department, and optimize resource use with HR and Planning; a technical IT/management engineering background and 3–5 years in complex software projects are preferred.

Competenze

• Technical degree in IT/management engineering (preferred).
• 3–5 years in a similar role on complex software development projects.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; team-oriented.
• Excellent problem solving, analysis and synthesis.
• Good written and spoken English (C1+).
• Knowledge of MS Project or Planview.
