BSI Software in Europe seeks a senior project leader to drive customer projects to success, owning budgets, timelines and risks from planning to delivery. You will coordinate customers, partners and internal teams across agile and traditional environments.

The role requires a degree in Computer Science or Information Systems and several years of leading software implementations; you will facilitate workshops, manage scope and RFPs, and contribute to digital transformation with innovative

Competenze

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Several years of experience leading customer-facing software implementation projects (ideally 5-10 years).
• Proven experience with software implementations and project management methodologies in both agile and traditional environments.
• Demonstrated ownership mentality and the ability to make decisions independently.

Mansioni

• End-to-end ownership of customer projects and implementations from planning to delivery.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, resources and risks using PM methodologies.
• Ensure structured execution with effective change request management.
• Proactive stakeholder management and clear communication with customers, partners, and teams.
• Facilitate workshops, present solutions, and guide decisions.
• Develop and implement sustainable project solutions.
• Select, onboard, manage, and develop implementation partners.
• Support sales with RFPs, proposals, and effort estimations with stakeholders.
