Intercos Group is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager for Industrial Applications to lead the implementation, evolution and maintenance of IT solutions across Operations worldwide. The role coordinates project plans, delivery and development through the full lifecycle, closely with business and technology teams.

The PM will shape digital transformation within the Smart Factory program, contributing to manufacturing process evolution and global IT governance across Intercos sites.

Competenze

• Degree in IT, CS or Engineering.
• 8–10 years of IT Project Management experience.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and ERP systems.
• Experience in Digital Transformation / Smart Factory initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage complex international projects and stakeholders.
• Excellent PM, organizational and prioritization skills.

We are looking for an experiencedIT Project Manager for Industrial Applicationswho will be responsible for the implementation, evolution and maintenance of the IT solutions supporting Operations across all Intercos sites worldwide.

The role will coordinate the definition of project plans, the delivery of solutions and their development throughout the entire application lifecycle, working closely with business stakeholders and technology teams.

The IT Project Manager will also play a key role in shaping the future of digital transformation within theSmart Factory program, contributing to the evolution of manufacturing processes and technologies across the Group.

ACTIVITIES

• Provide guidance and leadership on project management activities, including planning, progress monitoring, risk management and issue resolution.
• Coordinate and support functional and technical analysis activities.
• Coordinate the implementation and delivery of IT solutions supporting Operations and Manufacturing.
• Manage and deliver user training, change management activities and IT documentation.
• Coordinate application support activities, acting as a bridge between business functions and technical support teams.
• Coordinate external partners and resources, ensuring effective planning, delivery and adherence to project timelines.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, define requirements and drive solutions that create tangible business value.
• Contribute to digital transformation initiatives within the Operations and Smart Factory roadmap.
• Support the continuous evolution and improvement of industrial applications throughout their lifecycle.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degreein IT, Computer Science, Engineeringor related field.
• 8 - 10 years of experiencein IT ProjectManagement,ideally within Operations/Manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge ofmanufacturing processesand ERP systems.
Experience inDigital Transformation /Smart Factoryinitiatives.
• Proven ability to managecomplex international projects, stakeholders, teams andexternal partners.
