Ingram Micro is seeking a Business Unit Manager for the Dell Technologies unit in Italy. You will define growth strategy, own P&L performance, and lead cross-functional teams to accelerate market expansion and partner success.

you will be responsible for defining and executing the growth strategy of the Dell business within Ingram Micro Italy. You will own the overall business performance, drive revenue and profitability targets, strengthen the partnership with Dell Technologies and lead cross-functional teams to accelerate market expansion and partner success.
This position requires strong commercial leadership, strategic thinking, vendor management expertise and a deep understanding of the IT channel ecosystem.

Annual gross salary (RAL) EUR 55,000
The final compensation package will be determined based on objective criteria, including:
Compensation and grading will be aligned with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Commercio) and are subject to periodic review based on performance and business needs.
