Bulgari is seeking an Indirect Purchasing Specialist to join the HSE & Facilities team in Rome. You will define purchasing strategies, manage supplier tenders and contracts, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely supply of materials and services.

The role requires 3–5 years in a similar environment, strong SAP and Office skills, and fluency in Italian and English. A bonus scheme and Italy-based employment terms are included.

Competenze

• Degree in Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
• At least 3–5 years in a similar role in an industrial/production environment.
• Knowledge of the purchasing process and negotiation techniques.
• Excellent knowledge of SAP and the Office suite.
• Good knowledge of written and spoken Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Defining the strategy for each type of purchase with internal stakeholders.
• Supporting budget definition and monitoring through control tools.
• Scouting and selecting suppliers, managing tenders and contracts for sites.
• Negotiating conditions and formalizing SLAs to optimize quality and cost.
• Defining and implementing contracts for maintenance materials and services.
• Issuing purchase orders for goods and services.
