Bulgari Gioielli ricerca uno specialista Inventory Control & Order Fulfillment nel Workshop High Jewelry di Roma per gestire le attività logistiche su materie prime, prototipi, semilavorati e prodotti finiti.

Profilo richiesto: laurea magistrale in Ingegneria o Economia, 2 anni di esperienza, competenze in inventario, magazzino, Excel, SAP/Power BI, fluente italiano e inglese. Salario iniziale lordo 32.000 EUR con bonus.

Mansioni

• Eseguire tutte le attività di picking, imballaggio, ricevimento e emissione per spedizioni nazionali/internazionali, verificando conformità documentazione.
• Gestire movimenti intraplant e registrare dati di sistema.
• Supportare i Product Manager nel flusso di finalizzazione prodotto e nel reworking.
• Supportare la direzione nell’analisi KPI e nell’aggiornamento della dashboard logistica.
• Eseguire riconciliazioni con fornitori e clienti interni secondo le procedure.
• Garantire supporto logistico a eventi e fiere.
• Eseguire periodicamente inventari di magazzino e gestire scostamenti tra fisico e valore.
• Mantenere registri di controllo inventario e proporre soluzioni di efficienza.
• Agire come punto di riferimento per progetti IT.
• Supportare il manager nell’ottimizzazione e implementazione di nuovi flussi e strumenti.

Bulgari Gioielli, within its Supply Chain Department - High Jewelry Workshop based in Rome, is searching for an Inventory Control & Order Fulfillment Specialist.

Responsabilità del lavoro

Mission

Manage all logistic activities within the Bulgari High Jewelry Workshop for raw materials, prototypes, semi-finished, and finished products, ensuring efficient and proper material handling, document completeness, and correct registrations in the systems, according to Company F&A and Logistics procedures.

Profilo

Accountabilities

• Perform all activities (picking, packing, good receipt and good issue) regarding national/international shipments, verifying conformity of the received/issued products and to the documentation, compliant with import/export norms
• Manage/perform product intra-plant movements and register pertinent data in the system.
• Support Product Managers with the product finalization flow and reworking flow
• Support management for KPIs analysis and update logistic dashboard
• Perform and manage reconciliations with suppliers and internal customers according to company procedures.
• Guarantee logistics support to events and fairs.
• Perform periodically inventory of stock and manage pertinent data in the system, handling inventory discrepancies between physical and financial values according to F&A procedures and indications.
• Maintain inventory control records and provide solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Act as a reference point for IT projects.
• Support manager on optimization and implementation of new flows and tools.

• Master’s degree in Engineering or Economics
• 2 years’ experience in similar roles within structured environments or a consultancy firm

For new joiners in this role in Italy, the initial annual gross salary is EUR 32.000.

This salary has been determined on the basis of objective and gender-neutral criteria and corresponds to the compensation normally granted for this position at the time of publication of this job posting. Actual compensation may vary depending on factors such as your unique combination of experience and skills, seniority, and current organizational needs.

This role also provides for participation in a bonus scheme, at Bulgari’s discretion, based on factors such as individual and/or company performance.

In addition to the benefits provided by law, further benefits may be granted in accordance with current company policies.

The employment relationship will be governed by the provisions of the applicable national collective bargaining agreement (CCNL) and the supplementary company agreement, as applied by Bulgari in Italy.
