BVLGARI is seeking an Inventory Control & Order Fulfillment Specialist for the High Jewelry Workshop in Rome. You will manage all logistic activities for raw materials, prototypes, and finished products, ensuring accurate registrations and compliance with procedures.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Engineering or Economics, 2 years in similar roles, and fluency in Italian and English. Expect involvement in KPIs, dashboards, and potential bonus schemes.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Engineering or Economics.
• 2 years’ experience in similar roles within structured environments or a consultancy firm.
• Knowledge of inventory techniques, warehouse, and stock management.
• Project management tools and techniques.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel); SAP/Power BI as a plus.
• Fluency in Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Perform activities (picking, packing, good receipt and good issue) for national/international shipments, ensuring documentation compliance.
• Manage/perform product intra-plant movements and register data in the system.
• Support Product Managers with finalization and reworking flows.
• Support management for KPIs analysis and update logistic dashboard.
• Perform reconciliations with suppliers and internal customers according to procedures.
• Guarantee logistics support to events and fairs.
• Periodically inventory stock and align physical and financial values per procedures.
• Maintain inventory control records and provide solutions to improve efficiency.
• Act as a reference for IT projects and support new flows and tools.
