Bulgari Gioielli, within its Supply Chain Department - High Jewelry Workshop based in Rome, is seeking an Inventory Control & Order Fulfillment Specialist to manage all logistic activities for materials and finished products.

The role includes picking, packing, goods receipt/issue, data registration, KPI analysis, and supporting product managers. Fluency in Italian and English is required; a Master’s in Engineering or Economics and SAP/Power BI skills are a plus.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Engineering or Economics.
• 2 years' experience in similar roles within structured environments or a consultancy firm.
• Knowledge of inventory techniques, warehouse, and stock management.
• Proficient with MS Office (especially Excel) - SAP/Power BI as a plus.
• Fluency in Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Perform all activities (picking, packing, good receipt, and good issue) regarding shipments, verifying conformity and documentation.
• Manage product intra-plant movements and register data in the system.
• Support Product Managers with finalization flow and reworking flow.
• Support management for KPI analysis and logistics dashboard updates.
• Perform reconciliations with suppliers and internal customers.
• Guarantee logistics support to events and fairs.
• Perform inventory of stock and manage data; handle discrepancies between physical and financial values.
• Maintain inventory control records and provide solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Act as a reference for IT projects.
• Support optimization and implementation of new flows and tools.
