PTV Group, a global mobility technology leader, is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to translate business strategy into people priorities and enable leaders to build high-performing teams in a dynamic international environment.

You will partner with leaders to develop people strategies, coach managers on leadership and performance, drive organizational design and change, lead workforce and succession planning, and ensure compliance with Italian labor law while using HR analytics to

Competenze

• Several years of experience as a People/HR Business Partner in an international and matrix organization.
• Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices across the employee lifecycle.
• Proven experience in leadership coaching, organizational development and change management.
• Ability to build credibility and influence senior stakeholders through trust and business insight.

• Partner with leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Coach and challenge managers on leadership, organizational effectiveness, talent development and performance management.
• Drive organizational design, change management and transformation initiatives.
• Lead workforce planning and succession planning together with business leaders.
