Nuti Ivo Group, a premier leather and tanning specialist, is seeking an HR Director to lead a comprehensive HR roadmap across five entities and the Group. You will collaborate with the CEO and leadership teams to align local practices with LVMH Group policies, drive talent development and organizational design, and ensure robust employee relations.

Competenze

• Minimum 10–15 years of progressive HRD experience in a multi-site industrial setting.
• Significant experience in tanning/leather luxury sectors or artisanal manufacturing.

Mansioni

• Define and deploy the HR strategy for all five entities and the Group.
• Harmonize HR policies across companies while respecting local needs.
• Lead talent management, training, succession planning, and organizational design.
• Develop and implement GPEC plans for technical and leather craft roles.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, and HR compliance across Italy.
