Six Senses Rome and Milan seeks a Cluster Director of Human Resources to lead recruitment, succession planning and performance management across the Rome and Milan properties.

You will supervise salary benchmarking, benefits surveys, and HR processes, ensuring compliance with Italian labor law and cluster reporting. This role supports pre-opening HR readiness for new Six Senses Milan and oversees union relations where present.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Communications, or Business Management with 4+ years of related training or experience; more than five years in a similar HR role preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and HR/payroll systems; ADP/Timesaver experience preferred.
• HR designation (PHR, SPHR or similar) preferred.

Mansioni

• Oversee recruitment, succession planning and career development across the cluster.
• Conduct salary and benefits surveys to stay competitive with local statutes in Rome and Milan.
• Lead HR workstreams for Six Senses Rome, Milan and the Milan Cluster Office, including pre-opening HR readiness for launch.
• Coordinate with Sustainability Manager for social and environmental initiatives across the cluster.
• Ensure compliance with Italian labor laws and mandatory administrative filings for new hires.
